Participants will develop an understanding of the NSW SES Delivery Framework, the requirements in each delivery phase and the tools available.

• Understand the Delivery Framework and the requirements and steps in each project delivery phase
• Improved confidence to identify the key activities in each delivery phase and to locate the templates and tools available
• Develop greater consistency in delivery approach to make the experience more consistent for those impacted by the projects and change at NSW SES
