An overview of the Public Interest Disclosures Act 2022 for Public Officials with PID responsibilities.

Target Audience

MANDATORY TRAINING for Public Officials with PID responsibilities.
People with PID responsibilities are primarily Disclosure Officers, and anyone within an agency who is involved in the handling of PIDs. At NSW SES, this is Director and above, Zone Commanders, all staff in Professional Standards, Chief of Staff.

Understand your role in receiving reports and identifying and dealing with PIDs.
