Community Engagement Team Leader course is a new course for members who wish to be trained as a Community Engagement Team Leader for their Unit.

Members who have an interest in becoming a Community Engagement Team Leader for their Unit.

  • Topic 1: Community Engagement Model and Understanding of Risks
  • Topic 2: Customising Key Message for Local Events / Activities
  • Topic 3: Diverse Community Groups
  • Topic 4: Community Engagement Methods and Planning
  • Topic 5: Resources and Digital Tools
  • Topic 6: Community Event / Activity Setup and Briefings
  • Topic 7: Debriefings and Reporting

Learning Methods and Duration:

The eLearning will take approximately one (1) hour to complete.  
The face-to-face delivery is one (1) day which includes time for the assessment.
