The Storm Ground Course provides participants with the skills and knowledge to safely undertake Storm Operations as a member of a response team.

Members who want to become Storm Ground and / or Storm Height Operators – as this course is a pre-requisite for Storm Heights.

Learning Methods and Duration:

This course can be conducted over a series of training days and / or evenings and is structured as a mix of information delivery and practical activities. The Trainer is to run the activities so that key skills and knowledge are developed and are designed to encourage learning.

Course Duration – Approx. 29 hours
Assessment – Approx. 5 hours and 35 minutes
