To provide learners with the skills and knowledge required to manage all activities and personnel deployed to resolve a Level 3 incident through use and management of internal and external resources.

Members who hold the skills and attributes to be developed as a Level 3 Incident Controller.

- Establish control
- Establish control facilities
- Develop and maintain a control structure
- Establish procedures to permit control to be exercised
- Develop and maintain coordination arrangements

- Develop an Incident Action Plan and complementary incident plans
- Maintain control of an incident
- Manage implementation of incident plans

Learning Methods and Duration:
This course will be delivered via face-to-face classroom sessions. Course duration is five days.
