Incident Controller Level 2 Course

This course provides learners with the skills and knowledge required to manage all activities and personnel deployed to resolve a Level 2 incident through use and management of internal and external resources.
Introduction:
Target Audience:
Members who hold the skills and attributes to be developed as Level 2 Incident Controller and members who are currently Level 2 Incident Controllers but have not yet attended a formal course.
Learning Outcomes:
- The successful completion of this course will impart the unit of competency PUAOPE018 Control a Level 2 incident
Content:
- Establish control
- Conduct an assessment of the incident
- Establish and maintain a control structure
- Develop Incident Action Plan
- Implement Incident Action Plan
- Maintain control of incident
- Conclude incident activities
- Manage post incident operations
Learning Methods and Duration:
This course will be delivered via face-to-face classroom sessions. Course duration is three days.
