This High Clearance Vehicle (HCV) Logistics Driver Course provides participants with knowledge and skills required to be a NSW SES HCV Logistic Driver.

  • Legislation and Compliance
  • Vehicle Familiarisation
  • Logistics Driving

Learning Methods and Duration:

This course consists of eLearning and face to face training.  This course is structured by theory learning, including familiarisation in the vehicle and with NSW SES policies for Logistics Drivers.   Duration of course is 2 hours, 10 minutes.

Course Entry Requirements:

  • Job Ready Program
  • Current NSW Medium Rigid License (or higher) (without conditions that can impact driving the HCV)
  • Current NSW SES Driver Authorisation Level 1 (or higher)
